Drip campaigns
Automatic message sequences that start when a label is added, a contact is new or a flow enrols them.
A drip campaign sends a series of messages over days or weeks, for example a welcome series, a course or follow-ups after a purchase. Contacts can join when they get a label, when they are new, from a flow or by hand.
Contacts leave the sequence when they reply, so nobody gets a reminder after they have already answered. A step report shows how each message performs.
