Questions and answers
What is a message template?
A template is a pre-approved message you use to start a conversation or to message a customer after the 24-hour window. You create it in WA Mantra and Meta reviews it, often within minutes and at most within a day.
What is the 24-hour window?
When a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that you need an approved template. The inbox shows the window for every chat.
Is bulk messaging allowed on WhatsApp?
Yes, to people who opted in to receive your messages, using approved templates. Sending to people who did not agree can lower your quality rating and messaging limit, so always use opt-in lists.
How many messages can I send per day?
Meta sets a daily limit for each number based on its history and quality. It starts low for new numbers and grows as you send good messages. WA Mantra sends at a safe pace for your limit.
Can several agents use the same number?
Yes. Your whole team can answer from the shared inbox on the same number, with assignment, notes and permissions.
Can I build a chatbot without coding?
Yes. Use keyword auto-replies, the visual flow builder or AI replies trained on your own knowledge, all without writing code.
